The 10-Point Plan in Action: A UNHCR Compilation
Migration, 30 September 2009
To help states address mixed-migration movements in a protection-sensitive way, UNHCR in 2006 launched the 10-Point Plan of Action on Refugee Protection and Mixed Migration. This compilation presents around 150 practices and tools from different regions that are relevant to implementation of the 10-Point Plan. The publication was provisionally released in June 2009 to allow governments and partner agencies to review it and to propose additions and changes.
Any comments and suggestions should be sent to Senior Legal Officer Anja Klug.
