UNHCR Records of the Central Registry

The Central Registry was responsible for the opening and routing of correspondence and for the filing of working papers and official records from 1951 to 1994. These records document the full range of UNHCR activities for nearly a half a century and as such provide an indispensable introduction to the work of the organization.

Series includes arrangements for both regular meetings and special meetings, and meetings of sub-committees. Files are arranged chronologically by meeting.
