Angola: Information on military tribunals within the Angolan military

Specific information on military tribunals could not be found among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate. However, legal information on military courts, including judicial activity, structure, jurisdiction, and appointment of judges, is available in the attached copy of the Republic of Angola's Military Jurisdiction Act of 1994, which was found on the Italian Defense Ministry's Military Justice Website.

This Response was prepared after researching publicly accessible information currently available to the Research Directorate within time constraints.
