The “Opinion” column and other sections of the electronic edition of the Diario Extra newspaper dated 19 February 2002 did not have any articles on the “Caja” organization. The Webmaster for the Diario Extra confirmed that the electronic version of the newspaper does not contain all the articles that appear in the original printed version (14 May 2003). However, a paper copy of the 19 February 2002 issue of this newspaper could not be obtained within the time constraints for this Response.

This Response was prepared after researching publicly accessible information currently available to the Research Directorate within time constraints.
