Ireland: Information on an Irish relief organization called "Concern" and whether this organization operates in Sudan

According to the directory of NGOs in OECD countries, Concern, an Irish organization whose aim is "to undertake emergency relief and development actions in the least developed countries," sponsors natural resources, engineering and health projects in Sudan (OECD, 211). For further information on this organization, please refer to the attached document.

This response was prepared after researching publicly accessible information currently available to the DIRB within time constraints. This response is not, and does not purport to be, conclusive as to the merit of any particular claim to refugee status or asylum.
