In correspondence dated 5 September 2007 to the Research Directorate, the Registrar of the High Court in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines stated that the High Court had no records involving a certain individual. The registrar recommended that the Research Directorate extend its search to the Magistrates Court (Saint Vincent and the Grenadines 5 Sept. 2007). The Magistrates Court did not respond to the Research Directorate's request for information within the time constraints of this Response.
