Angola: Whether the newspaper "Folha 8" was closed down in May 1999 by the authorities and if so, the reason and length of time it was closed

A journalist with Folha 8, an independent bi-weekly newspaper in Luanda, stated on 8 January 2001 that the newspaper has never been closed down by the authorities even in 1999 when the police prohibited it and two other Angolan newspapers, Agora and Actual, from printing articles on the oil industry and corruption in Angola, nor when a journalist from Folha 8 was incarcerated on 3 September 1999 after reporting on police intervention at Radio Ecclesia after it had broadcasted an interview with UNITA leader Jonas Sanvimbi.
