Colombia: Whether Oscar Rodrigo Castaņo was an inspector of police in Caicedonia, Valle del Cauca, in May 2001
In a telephone directory published on the Website of the Office of the Mayor of Caicedonia (Alcaldía de Caicedonia), Oscar Rodrigo Castaño is identified as the Inspector of Police (Alcaldía de Caicedonia n.d.). In a 5 February 2004 telephone interview, this information was corroborated by Castaño, who also noted that he occupied this position in May 2001, having become the police inspector in August 1997 (ibid. 5 Feb. 2004).
