Croatia: Update to Response to Information Request HRV20966.E of 18 July 1995 on whether the "Decree Proclaiming the Act Respecting Personal Identity Documents" of 26 June 1991, of which an excerpt is attached to Response to Information Request HRV10825 of 19 May 1992, is still valid and, if so, a copy of the complete Act or, if not still valid, a copy of the complete new Act
According to a document sent to the DIRB from Citizenship and Immigration Canada's International Services Group (ISG) on 6 September 1995, the "Decree Proclaiming the Act Respecting Personal Identity Documents" of 6 June 1991 is no longer valid. The same source stated in a document sent to the DIRB on 13 September 1995 that a copy, in Croatian, of the Croatian Law Regarding Personal Identification Cards will be forwarded to the DIRB.
