No reports on the deaths of Harjinder Jinda or the other individual named in the Information Request could be found among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate.
However, two sources report that Harjinder Singh Jinda was executed in 1992 for killing General A.S. Vaidya (The Times of India 24 Feb. 2003; The Tribune 10 Oct. 2001).
