As stated on the response to information request 4585, please find attached a copy of the documents sent by Americas Watch which arrived to the IRBDC on 12 March 1990. These include two official letters, one for Jamaica's Prime Minister Michael Manley and another for United States' Vice President Danforth Quayle.
