The Chairman of the Irewole Local Government, Osun State is Lere Oyewumi (Irewole Local Government n.d.; Osun State n.d.; The Punch 14 Nov. 2008; This Day 18 Nov. 2008; ibid. 27 June 2005). The Irewole Local Government website lists his full name as Akogun Lere Oyewumi (n.d.).
An article in the Lagos-based This Day indicates that Oyewumi was the Chairman in June 2005 (27 June 2005). Two newspaper articles indicate that he is the Chairman in November 2008 (ibid. 18 Nov. 2008; The Punch 14 Nov. 2008).
