Dahir relating to Immigration
Date of entry into force:15 November 1934 C541>Article 12
All persons who have entered Morocco by illicit means or who fail to fulfil the conditions prescribed in the present Dahir shall be expelled. Expulsion may also be pronounced against an immigrant who has exercised a professional activity in a region or a town other than that for which the permit under article 3 has been granted. Expulsion is pronounced by a decree issued either by the regional authority of the place where the immigrant entered, or by the authority of his place of residence.Topics: Immigration law,
