Resolution 1127 (1997) Adopted by the Security Council at its 3814th meeting, on 28 August 1997
1. At its fourth session, the Committee on the Rights of the Child, recognizing the importance of periodically reviewing the implementation by States parties of its suggestions and recommendations, requested the secretariat to include, in its note on the status of reports submitted under article 44 of the Convention and considered by the Committee, a reference to all cases where a follow-up had been suggested by the Committee.
2. A list of States parties whose reports have been considered by the Committee as at 22 November 1993, as well as information on action taken by the Committee as a follow-up to the consideration of those reports, is to be found in the annex to the present document.
