Comments On appeal from the Court of Appeal: [2003] EWCA Civ 1369. On 27 May 2008, the European Court of Human Rights (Grand Chamber) held that there would be no violation of Article 3 of the Convention in the event of the applicant being removed to Uganda: N v. United Kingdom (Application no. 26565/05).
