Montenegro: Criminal Procedure Code

This law is no longer valid, and from the time when Montenegro was in the state union with SerbiaUnofficial translation. Published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro, no. 79/2003 and no. 7/2004 - Correction. The present Code shall enter into force on the eighth day after being published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro, and its implementation shall commence three months after its entry into force.
