Draft Additional Article Proposed by the Representative of the International Refugee Organization
(Document E/AC.32/2)
“1. The High Contracting Parties undertake to accord to refugees admitted to their territory under a scheme for recruitment of foreign man-power, the same treatment accorded to their nationals in respect of access to paid employment, provided they have fulfilled the obligations of their original contract.
“2. Refugees admitted to the territory of one of the High Contracting Parties under an immigration scheme shall also be accorded the same treatment as nationals in respect of access to paid employment.”
