The vision of the Centre for Civil and Political Rights is the full respect worldwide of all the human rights proclaimed by the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), ratified by 164 States. The CCPR Centre works to promote the participation of NGOs in the work of the Human Rights Committee, raising awareness, strengthening NGOsf capacities, and providing technical and legal support at all stages of the reporting process, including the follow]up of the recommendations of the Committe.
