Comments Declarations pursuant to articles 25 and 46 of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms are no longer valid because Protocol 11, which entered into force on 1 November 1998, allows for right of individual petition and compulsory jurisdiction of the Court for all the States Parties.
