The High Court deals with higher level civil disputes and consists of three divisions: the Queen’s Bench Division; the Chancery Division and the Family Division. The jurisdiction of the Administrative Court, which is part of the Queen’s Bench Division, is varied, consisting of the administrative law jurisdiction of England and Wales as well as a supervisory jurisdiction over inferior courts and tribunals.
