Denmark: Information on the right to return to Denmark of the holder of a Fremmedpas and an extendable residence permit, both of which have expired
Please find attached a copy of an unofficial translation of a letter from the Directorate for Aliens in Copenhagen, which was forwarded to the DIRB by the Royal Danish Embassy in Ottawa. In addition, please find attached a copy of the Danish Aliens Act.
This response was prepared after researching publicly accessible information currently available to the DIRB within time constraints. This response is not, and does not purport to be, conclusive as to the merit of any particular claim to refugee status or asylum.
