According to a document sent to the DIRB from Citizenship and Immigration Canada's International Services Group (ISG) on 6 September 1995, the "Decree Proclaiming the Act Respecting Personal Identity Documents" of 6 June 1991 is no longer valid. The same source stated in a document sent to the DIRB on 13 September 1995 that a copy, in Croatian, of the Croatian Law Regarding Personal Identification Cards will be forwarded to the DIRB.
