Governmental Decision #1217-A (10/09/2004), On Privatization of Residences of Naturalized Refugees Displaced in 1988-1992 From Azerbaijan and Donation of Residences Owned By Local Citizens to the Relevant District Authorities of the City of Yerevan

According to the Governmental Decision # 404 (14/05/2001) and article 605 of the Civic Code of the Republic of Armenia the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:

1. To agree to the proposals on privatization of residences (under the guidance of the Department on Migration and Refugees under the Government of the Republic of Armenia: 2a, Shirak Str.,Yerevan; 68, 6th Str., Vardashen; 8, Kievyan Str.; 49/4, Komitas Ave.; 70/2, Moldovakan Str., Yerevan, and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Armenia: 48, Admiral Isakov's Str., Yerevan) of naturalized refugees displaced in 1988-1992 from Azerbaijan (in accordance with the Annex) by the procedure established by the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

2. To donate the residences owned by the local families (70/2, Moldovakan Str.; 8, Kievyan Str.; 48, Admiral Isakov's Str.) correspondingly to the district authorities of Nor Nork, Arabkir and Kentron with the stipulation of the gratuitous alienation of the local families residing there.

3. Within the period of three months the mayor of Yerevan implements the privatization of residences mentioned in the provision 1 of the given Decision in accordance with the procedure established by the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

4. The Minister of Agriculture of the Republic pf Armenia and the head of the Department on Migration and Refugees under the Government of the Republic of Armenia along with the relevant district authorities of the city of Yerevan within the period of one month provide the signing of the contracts on donation by the local families residing in the building mentioned in the provision 2 realizing the state registration of property rights with the funding of the local families.
