Governmental Decision #1643-A, On Allocation of Residences of Naturalized Refugees From Azerbaijan With the Right of Privatization

According to the Governmental Decision # 404 (14/05/2001) the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:

1. To agree to the mediations on gratuitous allocation of residences of naturalized refugees displaced from Azerbaijan in 1988-1992 (according to the Annex) with right of privatization in accordance with the procedure established by the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia in the following addresses: 2a, Shirak Str.; 5, S. Tarontsi Str.; 68, 6th Str., Vardashen; 8, Kievyan Str., Yerevan; 4, Victory's 40 Years Str., Abovyan, district of Kotayk (under the guidance of the Department on Migration and Refugees under the Government of the Republic of Armenia); 125, Verin Antarayin Str., Yerevan (under the guidance of the state non-trade organization "Armenian State Service on Hydrometeorology and Monitoring" under the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Armenia).

2. The mayor of Yerevan and the head of Kotayk district within the period of three months implement the privatization of the residences mentioned in provision 1 of the given Decision in accordance with the procedure established by the Legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

(List of the persons displaced from Azerbaijan in 1988-1992 and naturalized in the Republic of Armenia, the residences owned by who are presented to privatization).
