Decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia #NH-74-N, On Making Amendments and Supplement to the Presidential Decree #NH-1063 of 16.03.2002

Following Article 85 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia I decide to:

1. Re-structure the State Department on Disaster Management under the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the Department on Migration and Refugees the Government of the Republic of Armenia, and the State Committee on Water Resources the Government of the Republic of Armenia under the Ministry of Territorial Administration of the Republic of Armenia by merging.

Establish that the State Department on Disaster Management is a state body acting under the governance sphere of the Ministry of Territorial Administration.
With this regard make the following amendments and supplement to the Presidential Decree #NH-1063 of 16.03.2002:
a) recognize invalid Provision 19 of Section I;
b) supplement Section I with Provision 151 of the following contents:
"151. The Ministry of Territorial Administration";
c) recognize invalid Provisions 3, 6 and 9 of Section II.

2. The Government of the Republic of Armenia will make the corresponding decisions proceeding from the given decree within one month.

3. The given decree enters into force on 01.05.2005.
