Law on the Ratification of the 1951 Convention and the 1967 Protocol on the Status of Refugees
Pursuant to Edict No. 84. There is only one paragraph in this law.
Article 1
Sole paragraph. At the end of the sentence of the sole paragraph, after a comma, the following is added: "with the following declaration under Art. 1. section B (1) of the Convention: the Republic of Bulgaria acknowledges that in the sense of this Convention the words "events occurred before January 1, 1951" in art. 1 section A, deNote "events, occurred in Europe or elsewhere before January 1, 1951".
