Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus Resolution No. 1410 on Establishment of Quota of Residential Admission of Refugees for the Year 2000

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus of 16 June, 1999 “On Introduction of Amendments and Addenda to the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Refugees””, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus RESOLVES that:

1.   Tthe following residential admission quotas shall be established for the year 2000:

Brest Oblast 10 persons

Vitebsk Oblast 20 persons

Gomel Oblast 20 persons

Grodno Oblast 10 persons

Mogilyov Oblast 20 persons

Minsk Oblast 20 persons

2.   In accordance with the established quotas, the regional executive committees shall identify residential facilities for temporary residence of refugees who can not settle on the territory of the Republic independently.

3.   For refugees assigned to points of temporary residence in accordance with the established residential admission quotas, a onetime allowance at the size of one minimum wage per each family member, shall be established at the expense of the republican budget.
