Resolution No. 925 of 1989
Date of entry into force:18 January 1989In accordance with the provisions of Para. (A) of Article 42 of the Constitution,
The Revolutionary Command Council have decided, in their session held on 26.12.1988, the following:
First - Restrictions limiting the free entrance of Arabs and foreigners to Iraq which are mentioned in Laws, Resolutions, Regulations and Instructions, shall be abolished.
Second - This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and authorities concerned are charged with the execution thereof.
