Resolution No. 141 of 21.05.1991
Date: 07th Dhul Qi'da, 1411 H.

In accordance with the provisions of para (a) of Article (42) and para (3) of Article (44) of the constitution,
The Revolutionary Command Council have decided the following:
FIRSTLY:
Chief of the Presidency's Diwan shall be authorized to sign resolutions of the Revolutionary Command Council concerning granting Arab citizens the Iraqi nationality after obtaining the approval of the Presidency thereon.
SECONDLY:
This resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and the competent ministers are charged with the execution of its provisions.
