Britain has urged its citizens to leave Syria because of the civil unrest in the Middle East country.
The Foreign Office on June 18 said British nationals should leave Syria while commercial flights were still available, warning that it would be "highly unlikely" the British Embassy in Damascus would be able to help them if the situation in Syria deteriorates further.
Violence has been escalating in Syria since protests against the regime of President Bashar al-Assad began in mid-March.
