Reports from northwestern Pakistan say a suspected U.S. drone strike has killed at least three militants.
Security officials said the unmanned aircraft fired two missiles, hitting a vehicle and a house in the Hisokhel village of the restive North Waziristan tribal district.
The attack came as the United States observed the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on its soil.
The United States has fired scores of missiles into northwest Pakistan in the past years, trying to keep Al-Qaeda and Taliban operatives there on the run.
