Proposed measures to extend the personal scope of the Convention relating to the Status of Refugees of 28 July 1951: Addendum 3
Since the above document was published a reply to the High Commissioner's letter of 10 October 1965 (see paragraph 9) has been received from the Government of AUSTRALIA. The following text should therefore added to Annex I of this document:
AUSTRALIA
"The Government has no objection in principle to a Protocol the effect of which would be to dispense with the dateline in the 1951 Convention, but reserves the right to make specific proposals with regard to the draft text."
