This page contains a collection of comments on (draft) national legislation that UNHCR has issued.

These comments are context-specific. For UNHCR positions on specific legal questions, please consult official UNHCR position papers (external, internal) and guidelines (external, internal), or the Protection Manual (internal). The checklist (internal) that was issued with UNHCR's guidelines for reviewing and commenting on national legislation should be used as a guide when drafting comments to national legislation.
