Comments Published in the Official Journal of the European Union, L 168/32, of 30 June 2009. The Directive enters into force into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal. Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with the Directive by 20 July 2011.
