What is the Global Refugee Forum Progress Review?
The Global Refugee Forum Progress Review (formerly known as HLOM, the High-Level Officials Meeting), held every four years, is part of the process of building a long-term framework for engagement of States and other actors in refugee situations, as set out in the Global Compact on Refugees. The event is attended by senior government officials and representatives of key stakeholder groups.
