Mohamed Doumbia is UNHCR-Chad’s DIMA Coordinator. He oversees and coordinates the implementation of UNHCR’s global Data Transformation Strategy in Chad, working to ensure that UNHCR is a trusted leader in data and information related to refugees and other affected populations—enabling actions that protect, include, and empower. Mohamed has over 17 years of professional experience in key areas of Data and Information Management with UNHCR.
