He oversees and coordinates <\/span>the agency\u2019s<\/span> partnership<\/span>s<\/span> on forced displacement with the Government of Ethiopia and development partners, including the World Bank. He has over <\/span>20<\/span> years of professional experience in development practice and policy<\/span>, serving previously <\/span>as a <\/span>senior official responsible for rural development in the Government of Ethiopia, and <\/span>has a doctoral degree in water management and engineering.\u202f<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
