Emiko Naka is a Learning Measurement Officer within the UNHCR\u2019s Education Section, Division of Resilience and Solutions. She holds a master\u2019s degree in international relations and international economics from the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University. With nearly two decades of experience, Emiko has worked as an Education Specialist for various multilateral and bilateral organizations, as well as development consulting firms. She has significantly contributed to the design, implementation, and evaluation of education programs, national policies, and strategies. Her research covers thematic areas in education development and financing. She was a co-author and collaborated on numerous reports published by the World Bank.
