The successful candidate will have experience in integrated talent management for a complex global protection workforce and expertise in developing and managing learning and content-sharing systems, aiming to equip employees with the necessary functional knowledge, skills, mindset, and application. They should have a strong analytical mindset and extensive technical expertise to collect, analyze, process, and visualise data using modern business intelligence tools. They are expected to take the lead on outreach processes developing easy-to-use portals, and learning resource-sharing systems and communication campaigns in coordination with the GLDC communications team. The incumbent should independently develop state-of-the-art learning resources using content authoring software, screen recording, designer, and animation tools, so the related experience is necessary. Learning event organization (either virtual or occasionally face-to-face), from programme launch to stakeholder management to programme administration, will also require a related background. They should have extensive experience with learning management system administration to be able to play a leading role in the digital as well as in the inter-system transformation. Last, the successful candidate needs to be knowledgeable in UNHCR’s procurement processes and budget planning, expense tracking, and reporting using advanced spreadsheet manipulation techniques.
