Improving Digital Livelihood Opportunities for Refugees
Behavioral change lab 17 Triggers and UNHCR Innovation conducted 62 community-based workshops across 7 countries in the Middle East and East Africa to understand barriers facing refugees seeking to access digital livelihoods, and to co-create solutions. This report lays out findings and recommendations.
This research was conducted as part of UNHCR and the International Labor Organization's Promotion, Inclusion and Protection of Refugees in the Gig Economy project, funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands through its PROSPECTS Opportunity Fund.
