For us, innovation is iterative, non-linear, experimental, and collaborative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"elementtoproof\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">At its heart, innovation is about finding new and improved solutions to the challenges faced by those forced to flee \u2013 whether by testing things that haven\u2019t been tried before, designing different processes, shifting power dynamics, adapting proven approaches to fit local needs and realities, combining ideas from different fields, or transforming the way a problem is understood or solved.
