An effective response is hindered by two systemic barriers: the exclusion of refugee-led organizations (RLOs) from direct funding and decision-making, and a deficit of accessible, timely information for refugees seeking essential services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>Solution:<\/strong> An initiative that centres on a multilingual, low-bandwidth application co-designed with refugees and RLOs to empower communities in eastern Chad by amplifying local voices and improving access to vital information.
