Global Consultations: first substantive element of the process

A two-day meeting on the protection of refugees during mass influxes continues today at the Palais des Nations in Geneva. The meeting is the first substantive element of the Global Consultations process that will continue throughout this year and into 2002 in numerous locations worldwide.
