In Sweden, storytelling to boost refugee children's mental health
Digital storytelling that helps refugee children cope with trauma -- this is the strategy of Imad Elabdala and his charity Hero2B in Sweden. Imad, a Syrian refugee himself, has been awarded UNHCR's Innovation Award 2020 in recognition of his work to bolster the wellbeing of vulnerable children who find themselves more isolated in the era of COVID-19.
