    30 Sep 2022 In 2021, UNHCR ́s Evaluation Service commissioned an external strategic evaluation of UNHCR ́s Operations in Northern Europe (Nordic and Baltic countries). The evaluation takes stock of UNHCR's operations in the Nordic and Baltic countries, identifies the first results of ongoing change processes and reflects on UNHCR's contribution to enhance international protection for persons of concern (POC) in this region.

    7 Jul 2022 This Joint Evaluation of the Protection of the Fundamental Rights of Refugees during the COVID-19 Pandemic was commissioned under the auspices of the COVID-19 Global Evaluation Coalition. The evaluation examines the effectiveness of international cooperation and the combined response of host states, United Nations (UN) system agencies, and non-governmental and civil society organisations including refugee-led organisations in ensuring the protection of the rights of refugees during the global pandemic.

    1 Jun 2022 This document summarises the findings, conclusions and recommendations of the Independent Evaluation of UNHCR's Support for Strengthening National Asylum Systems. The overall purpose of the evaluation is to review how UNHCR has fulfilled its objective to support and strengthen the capacity of national asylum systems in the period 2015–2020 and thereby improve the quality of protection for persons of concern and the sustainability of the systems that support this.
