INSTALLATION WORKS FOR BREAK-ROOM FOR SECURITY GUARDS FOR THE UNHCR OPERATION IN SYRIA

The office of the United Nations High Commissioner Refugees (UNHCR) in Syria seeks offers from qualified suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers for the installation works for break room for security guards for the UNHCR Operation in Syria.

All interested vendors may request for the bid documents (RFQ) with a formal request to UNHCR via email to [email protected] (with a copy to [email protected]).

The email request must include the tender reference number in the subject line. Offers should be submitted via Email according to the guidelines set forth in the bid documents.

The Deadline for submission of your offer is 28 Feb 2022, 2359H Syrian time.

Please be informed of the below information:

The Design study was prepared to implement/construct/install the break room on site.

The room can be prefabricated off-site, but in this case the contractor should take the responsibility to ensure that room’s structure has the appropriate structural support so that no cracks occur on the components of the room (e.g. wall panels, doors, windows, etc.) during transporting and installation at the site.

The contractor bears the full costs of transportation and installation.

The contractor must also study how the components will be brought inside the site, and also consider the possibility of using a crane to transfer the components (e.g. wall panels) into the site without incurring any damage.
