RREF Member Brochure

Since 2025, we have been on a journey to establish and strengthen the Regional Refugee Engagement Forum (RREF) as a meaningful platform for ensuring that the perspectives and lived experiences of forcibly displaced persons are more systematically reflected in our work across the region. Over this period, we have been engaging closely with the 25 RREF members from nine countries, who bring diverse experiences as refugees, internally displaced persons and returnees, as well as expertise across areas including protection, localization, youth and women’s empowerment, education, livelihoods, peacebuilding, and social cohesion. The Forum is intended not simply as a consultative mechanism, but as a resource that can contribute to regional and country-level discussions, policy processes, program design and advocacy.
