• Financial offer:

1. To be conducted via the attached -excel sheet – Annex B
2. To include the VAT cost
3. To include DAP delivery charges to both 6^th of October and Zamalek.

• Notes:

1. Submission of offer implies the following, noting please that your signature and stamp are needed:

• Acceptance of UNHCR General Terms of Contract
• Acceptance of the UN Supplier Code of Conduct
• Acknowledging the sanction list
• Filling in your data on the Vendor registration form

1. UNHCR payment terms are 30 days net after delivery and receipt of final invoice.

• Deadline for submission is: 8 December 2022
