It is the first time that humanitarian assistance reaches the IDPs within Nubul and Zahra since the start of the crisis in March 2011. We are planning for a second convoy to follow right away and we have pre-positioned CRIs for 50,000 IDPs in the 2 locations," Tarik Kurdi, The UNHCR Syria Representative stated.
