World Refugee Day 2007 National Activities: Belgium

A sold-out concert entitled "Follow the Songlines" was held at the Flagey Hall in Brussels. The concert programme has an article on UNHCR's work and major refugee issues. A reception was held before the concert with 135 partners and supporters of UNHCR.

During the day, Red Cross, Fedasil, the European Council for Refugees and Exiles and Vluchtelingenwerk Vlaanderen organized activities under UNHCR's "flag" in the Flagey building, including plays, films and debates.
